When my house was built, the wood posts on the porch were installed directly on top of my concrete patio. Over the years, water and snow build up caused rot which was followed by insects attacking the wood. After talking with several contractors, I went with Handy Bear Repairs. From first contact, Anthony responded promptly and effectively. He returned 100% of calls and messages. (I know, WOW!) In addition, his quote was detailed and transparent. All that's great, but how was the work? It was excellent. Materials were exactly as expected, he installed the necessary support to keep the post off the concrete and trimmed it in synthetic material that won't rot. In addition, he saved me money by carefully removing and re-using the soffit, gutters, etc., which another contractor told me wasn't possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.

I had a leaking shower surround in a rental and had to get the repairs fixed quickly and around my tenant’s schedule. Was worked in during a holiday week and had the job done in a matter of days from the time I called and cheaper than anyone else I had checked with first! Glad I found these guys, will most definitely use again.
